It's a unique and I feel very effective way of grasping the basics. The rhythmic tunes provide the platform for each section, the words or phrases overlaid to match and are repeated several times before moving on to the next, enabling you to really practice pronunciation against the 'native' speaker.
The informal presentation of this also adds to its appeal, sometimes with a tongue-in-cheek approach highlighting some instances where the English speaker may have particular difficulty and so on.

I listed to this for several weeks before going to Poland. I could use some phrases from the moment we landed. The approach is unique, enjoyable and it really worked for me. I can't praise this program enough!! If you want to gain an understanding that will make a vacation or a business trip much more enriching, this course is for you.

Great to have a good go at Polish!

Polish is a very difficult language to learn for English speakers but It should be enough to get you started at learning Polish phrases which may come in handy. It is much better than typical language audio CD's as it doesn't just go through a list of phrases, it explains some important things involved with Polish.
Its very relaxed and casual which makes it much more pleasant to listen to, often it made me smile or laugh. It seems playful and light hearted, not like you are just being drilled to memorize as many things as possible and definitely not like a typical learning course where it can be a real chore.
The way they repeat and break down words/phrases is very helpful and effective but doesn't seem repetitive because its done with varying tone etc. not just like a monotonous robot.
Enjoyable, great value, effective, good content and highly recommended.
